2. What is your payment terms?

1). 30% T/T, 70% against shipping documents copy e-mailed to you.

2). For small order (Total value less than 3000USD), Cash or 100% T/T for full amount in advance.

3. What is your herbs extract sampling time and production time?

1). Sampling time: 7 to 10 days

2).Production time: One month

4. How long is the delivery time?

1). Shipping time by vessel 2 to 4 weeks according to different destination port

2). Shipping time by air 2 to 6 days

5. What we should do if your herbs extract can not run well?

1). Give us detailed report. Analyze the reason.

2). If it's our problem and not possible to solve then we will give replacement.
